РОЛЬ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ СУДОВОЇ АДМІНІСТРАЦІЇ УКРАЇНИ В ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНОМУ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННІ ПРАВОСУДДЯ

У статті здійснено огляд ролі Державної судової адміністрації України у організаційному забезпеченні правосуддя. Охарактеризовано понятійні, структурно-функціональні та організаційні аспекти визначення ролі ДСА у організаційному забезпеченні правосуддя. Наголошено на важливості подальшого дослідження ролі ДСА у забезпеченні повного і незалежного правосуддя, аналізу комунікативної активності ДСА у системі організаційного забезпечення правосуддя, а також пошуку шляхів стимулювання інноваційної активності.

Ключові слова: Державна судова адміністрація України, організаційне забезпечення правосуддя, повне і незалежне правосуддя, система суб’єктів організаційного забезпечення правосуддя, інноваційна активність.
