ПИТАННЯ СТАТУСУ ВИКРИВАЧА У КРИМІНАЛЬНОМУ ПРОВАДЖЕННІ

ПИТАННЯ СТАТУСУ ВИКРИВАЧА У КРИМІНАЛЬНОМУ ПРОВАДЖЕННІ
Стаття присвячена проблемам участі викривача у кримінальному провадженні. Проаналізовано актуальний стан кримінально-процесуального законодавства, яке регулює статус викривача, виявлено проблемні питання нормативної регламентації його участі. Обґрунтовано, що особливості процесуальної участі викривача у кримінальному провадженні належним чином не регламентовані, зокрема, не передбачено надання викривачем показань, а також відсутні критерії визначення винагороди викривачу.
