ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ПРАВОВІ ЗАСАДИ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ОРГАНІВ ДОСУДОВОГО РОЗСЛІДУВАННЯ

         У статті розкривається сутність організаційно-правових засад діяльності органів досудового розслідування. Проаналізовано наукові висновки щодо організаційно-правових засад діяльності органів досудового розслідування. Досліджено основні напрями досліджень вчених, які на різних етапах займалися вивченням проблем, пов’язаних із загальною характеристикою організаційно-правових засад органів досудового розслідування.
