ДОСВІД УХВАЛЕННЯ ВИПРАВДУВАЛЬНИХ ВИРОКІВ УКРАЇНСЬКИМИ СУДДЯМИ

Стаття містить результати дослідження про ухвалення українськими суддями виправдувальних вироків. Вважається, що судді з попереднім досвідом роботи на стороні обвинувачення мають обвинувальний ухил. Проте, чи дійсно такі судді виправдовують менше людей, ніж колеги з іншим юридичним досвідом – українською науковою спільнотою не з’ясовувалось. Виявилось, що чимало суддів взагалі не ухвалювали виправдувальних вироків, незалежно від характеру попереднього досвіду роботи.

Ключові слова: виправдувальний вирок, досвід роботи, суддя, адвокат, прокурор, слідчий, опитування.
