РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ І ЗАХИСТ СУБ’ЄКТИВНОГО КОРПОРАТИВНОГО ПРАВА ОСОБИ НА ІНФОРМАЦІЮ

         У статті на основі аналізу змісту суб’єктивного корпоративного права особи на отримання інформації про «корпорацію» визначено, що корпоративне право особи на інформацію є одним зі значущих – таким, без якого особа не змогла б ефективно реалізовувати усі свої інші суб’єктивні корпоративні права. Ефективним способом захисту права учасника (акціонера, члена) «корпорації» на отримання інформації про діяльність «корпорації» є спонукання «корпорації» в судовому порядку до виконання «корпорацією» дій – надання певної інформації.

Ключові слова: інформація, корпоративне право на інформацію, реалізація права на інформацію, ефективний спосіб захисту корпоративного права на інформацію.
