ПРИНЦИПИ МЕДІАЦІЇ ЯК ПОЗАСУДОВОГО СПОСОБУ ВИРІШЕННЯ КОНФЛІКТІВ У СФЕРІ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЇ ВЛАСНОСТІ

         У статті з’ясовано, що принципи медіації нормативно закріплені на рівні як міжнародно-правових документів, так і національного законодавства. Досліджено деякі наукові точки зору щодо визначення принципів процедури медіації, зокрема у сфері інтелектуальної власності. Запропоновано авторське бачення щодо умовної класифікації принципів медіації як позасудового способу вирішення конфліктів у сфері інтелектуальної власності.

Ключові слова: медіація, інтелектуальна власність, добровільність, принципи, конфіденційність, незалежність, неупередженість, рівність.
