СИСТЕМНІ ОЗНАКИ ОБ’ЄКТНОГО СКЛАДУ КІБЕРНЕТИЧНОГО ПРАВА

         У статті пропонуються до розгляду окремі результати дослідження питань щодо об’єктного складу кібернетичного права. Розглядаються окремі норми спеціального законодавства України про кібербезпеку з точки зору конструктивної критики. Пропонується визначення таких провідних предметних категорій: кібернетичне право, кіберпростір, кібербезпека.

Ключові слова: право, законодавство про кібербезпеку, кібернетичний простір, кіберправо.
