ДО ПРОБЛЕМИ ПРАВОВОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ОБ’ЄКТІВ, СТВОРЕНИХ ІЗ ВИКОРИСТАННЯМ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ: ЧИ МОЖУТЬ БУТИ ОБ’ЄКТАМИ АВТОРСЬКОГО ПРАВА

У статті проаналізовано європейське та національне законодавство з регулювання правовідносин при створенні об’єкта із застосуванням систем штучного інтелекту, висвітлені проблемні питання, що виникають у зв’язку з поширенням і широким застосуванням ШІ у сфері авторського права, наведені пропозиції щодо подальших кроків у регулюванні цих правовідносин.

Ключові слова: нетиповий об’єкт, авторське право, оригінальний чи неоригінальний об’єкт авторського права, штучний інтелект (ШІ), право особливого роду, правове регулювання, охорона прав, добросовісність учасників.
