ПІДСЛІДНІСТЬ В УМОВАХ МНОЖИННОСТІ КРИМІНАЛЬНИХ ПРАВОПОРУШЕНЬ

Підслідність за зв’язком кримінальних проваджень не підлягає застосуванню, якщо повторність чи сукупність кримінальних правопорушень виявлено не під час досудового розслідування, а до його початку. Формула кваліфікації при цьому може включати кримінальні правопорушення, які за правилами персональної чи предметної підслідності мають розслідуватися різними органами. Запропоновано поєднання повноважень щодо підслідності шляхом створення міжвідомчих слідчих груп.

Ключові слова: сукупність, повторність, зв’язок кримінальних проваджень,  спільна слідча група, міжвідомча слідча група.
