ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ФІНАНСОВОГО МОНІТОРИНГУ

В КОНТЕКСТІ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ДЕРЖАВИ: ПОНЯТТЯ ТА ОСНОВНІ КРИТЕРІЇ

Сформоване авторське бачення щодо трактування терміна «ефективність фінансового моніторингу» як здатності системи фінансового моніторингу своєчасно та результативно виявляти, запобігати й протидіяти фінансовим злочинам шляхом аналізу фінансових операцій, контролю за дотриманням законодавчих вимог і взаємодії суб’єктів фінансового моніторингу. Здійснено класифікацію критеріїв ефективності фінансового моніторингу шляхом конкретизації показників результативності, доцільності та економічності. Сформульовано визначення поняття «критерії ефективності фінансового моніторингу».

Ключові слова: фінансовий моніторинг, національна безпека, критерії ефективності, результативність, доцільність, економічність, Державна служба фінансового моніторингу України, фінансове шахрайство, легалізація брудних грошей.
