THE CONCEPT AND USE OF RESTITUTION AS A CONSEQUENCE OF THE INVALIDITY OF THE TRANSACTION

This article examines issues on the legal nature of restitution as well as its relationship with the institutions of vindication and condition during the application of the consequences of invalidity of contracts. It is proposed to use restitution which fully provide the protection of rights.
