DETERMINING THE ESSENCE AND CONCEPT OF CIVIL PROCEDURAL FORM

The article examines the nature of the civil procedural form. The author analyzes the approaches of scientists protsessualistov on the definition of the category of «civil procedural form» in different Etap formation of civil procedure of Ukraine.

Key words: civil procedure, civil procedural form, formalism, the protection of the rights of the court, procedural production stage of the process.
