LEGAL ASPECTS OF INTERVIEW IN THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

The article deals with the legal and practical issues of the interview. The conditions which must be fulfilled to make it possible even to speak about the interview are studied. The rules of communication of judges and court staff with the mass media are mentioned. The legislation related to copyrights in one of the intellectual property rights – the interview – is analyzed. The way to check the legal aspects from the time of having the idea of an interview till promulgation is schematically indicated.
