ECONOMIC-LEGAL NATURE OF COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATIONS

The article analyzes scientific approaches for definition of legal nature of cooperative organizations; the author’s understanding of «economic-legal nature of cooperative organizations» was explained as a set of specific features inherent to different types of cooperative organizations that provide their identity, characterize as subjects of Economic law and distinguish from all other economic organizations. The author analyzes contemporary conditions for functioning of cooperative organizations and makes the suggestions that will contribute their improvement, such as providing of free access to markets and institutional financing, increase of their competitiveness, encourage of investments.
