TOPICAL QUESTIONS OF JURISDICTION OF CRIMINAL PRODUCTION PER THE CRIMINAL PROCEDURE CODES OF UKRAINE DD. 2012.

The challenging questions of jurisdiction of criminal production are analyzed in the article, especially, causes of overloading of judges from the first instance, cases, which complicate creation of the panel of judges, bad consequences of changing of the territorial jurisdiction, as well as opinion regarding achieving high-level professional staff in panel of judges. There were grounded the necessity to specify regulations of current legislation in regard to assigning jurisdiction for specific categories of criminal productions.

There was worked out the project to make alteration and additions to Criminal Procedure Codes of Ukraine, directed on optimization of rules of production.
