LEGAL ISSUES OF DEVELOPMENT CIVIL SOCIETY

Investigated building a civil society in Ukraine by reforming the political and legal foundations of public administration on the basis of the principle of the rule of law, is definitely the place and role of the administrative justice in the process. Analysis of the development of modern administrative justice and its development in Soviet times.
