NOT THE PROTECTION, BUT THE PROPER JUDICIAL QUALIFI CATIONS AND EDUCATION SHOULD GUARANTEE CAREER

This article analyzes the changes of the legal regulation in judicial education matters. The status and prospects of the National School of Judges of Ukraine in the context of current legislative changes are highlighted. Special attention is given to organizing and conducting special training of judicial candidates.

Key words: judicial reform, judicial education, judicial qualification, judicial dossier, special training for the candidates, qualification exam, the National School of Judges of Ukraine.
