MAINTENANCE A LEGAL ORDER IN DEFENSE SECTOR OF STATE: OPTIMIZATION A SYSTEM OF MILITARY JUSTICE

The article investigates role of system of military justice in maintenance the legal order in the defense sector of the state. Military service of legal order of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and military tribunal, as structural of the system, are analyzed in historical-legal aspect in the period of Ukraine’s independence.

The author argues about the need to quickly establish in an atmosphere of Ukrainian society militarization a military police and restore military tribunal in court system of Ukraine. This will help increase the effectiveness of preventing and combating to a military criminality and achieve the purpose the defense of the state.
