CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE RESEARCH PROBLEM OF LEGAL RULE-MAKING IN THE CONTEXT OF THE PHILOSOPHY OF LAW

The statement of some methodological reflections on law formation in the context of philosophy of the law as the process of impact of different factors which influence the emergence and existence of the law is put forward.
