STATE DEBT MANAGEMENT FUNCTION IN MODERN STATE SUMMARY

Research state functions critical to legal science. Areas and activities of the state, setting and solving problems that it faces, setting goals and ways to achieve them is crucial in revealing the nature and social values of the state.
