COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH – THE METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE FOR MODERNIZATION OF JUDICIAL EDUCATION

 

The article analyzes and substantiates the various aspects of competency building approach in respect to modernizing judicial education. It also frames the essence of such notions as ‘professional judicial education,’ ‘professional judicial competency,’ and professional judicial activities from the viewpoint of competency-building approach.
