BACKGROUNDS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TEST FOR JUDICIAL CANDIDATES

 

The article highlights modern approaches to the formation of the Judiciary, which provide moving from subjective characterization of Judicial Candidates to scientifi cally grounded Professional Psychological Selection. After analyzing the psychological qualities of professional judges the author has proved the need for the introduction of Psychological Tests at the Qualification Examination of Judicial Candidates stage, which can be a good filter to bring to the Judiciary those people who has high moral and ethical qualities.
