THE RELATION BETWEEN INSTITUTION OF ASYLUM AND CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL STATUS OF REFUGEES

The article is devoted to the issue of relation between institution of asylum and constitutional and legal status of refugees. The main approaches as regards their interrelation are determined. The current state of national legislation regulated institution of asylum is also analyzed. The attention is paid to the necessity of legislative determination of the institution of asylum and mechanisms of its realization.
