DISCUSSION QUESTIONS SENTENCING PERSONS RECOGNIZED BY THE COURT IS LIMITED SANITY

 

This article discusses some problematic issues and procedural characteristics of the sentence to the persons recognized by the court is limited sane, which are not regulated by law.
