COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE SYSTEM OF MANAGEMENT BODIES OF THE COOPERATIVE ORGANIZATIONS AND THEIR COMPETENCE

 

The author justifies management of the cooperative organization is based on self-government, transparency, participation of its members in matters of economic activity of cooperative organization. The cooperative management is carried out on democratic basis, which involves participation in the management of cooperative organization on an equal footing of all members.

The nature of the competence of the management bodies of cooperative organizations can be divided into Supreme, executive and controlling.

To the highest management bodies of a cooperative are the General meeting of the members of primary cooperative organizations, and conferences cooperative associations.

Solving any issues concerning statutory activities of the cooperative organizations at all levels applies to the competence of the Supreme bodies of management, and its resolutions are mandatory for all other management bodies of cooperative organizations.

Executive bodies of the cooperative organizations consist of the Board and Council (of the cooperative associations). The Executive bodies of cooperative organizations work on a permanent basis, represent cooperative organizations in legal relations with other entities and make current management of the organizational, economic and social activities of cooperative organizations. The Executive bodies are accountable to the Supreme management bodies of cooperative organizations.

To the control bodies of management of cooperative organizations includes the Supervisory Council, auditing Commission (auditor), credit Committee (in case of credit unions), the Council co-operative Bank. The function of control is based on controlling over financial and economic activity of the Executive bodies of cooperative organizations, their compliance with the Charter and to ensure effective functioning of cooperative organizations.
