PROVIDING OF PREPARATION OF JUDGES OF SUPREME COURT IS AT NATIONAL SCHOOL OF JUDGES OF UKRAINE

In the article conceptual vision of process of preparation is reflected at National School of Judges of Ukraine of newly-appointed judges of the Supreme Court, that is actively supported by judicial bodies, expert association and international concord.

It is marked that the quality updating of the Supreme Court is a national project and at the same time serious call an author, in fact not a single state of the world elected simultaneously 120 judges in the greatest judicial establishment. The restart of appeal instance is called to change philosophy of her activity, doctrine approach an appeal , mental and world view positions of representatives of the greatest judicial instance.

General preparation of winners of competition to the Supreme Court will have unifying character, will help them to become acquainted, to begin to co-operate, to pass the first steps on a way from a rivalry to feeling of collective spirit already on the preparatory stage. Therefore due to preparation at National School of Judges of Ukraine yesterday’s rivals will learn to accept collective decisions in the Supreme Court. Obviously, that advantage of such studies will be a variety of experience in a group that studies after modern interactive methodologies.

National School of Judges of Ukraine is plan realization 8 daily orientation educational course for the winners of competition on positions in the Supreme Court.

Realization of studies is pre-arranged in a sentinel interval, between announcement of results of competition and process of consideration of materials in relation to assigning for position. An orientation course is preparation that gives a base, world view and ideological basis for the judge of appeal establishment.

During studies it is planned to give possibility of intermingling with judges and lawyers of secretariat of the European Court on Human Rights, by the judges of Court of European Union (Luxemburg) and supreme courts of the foreign states, members of the Venetian commission, Consultative advice of European judges, leading international and Ukrainian experts and scientists. Also judges will learn collectively to prepare, to discuss and accept court decisions, will lay hands on effective practice of realization of conferences to and then to the trial of business, will consider the features of legal argumentation at writing of decisions of appeal instance.

General attention will be spared to the questions of professional psychological adaptation to work of judges of the Supreme Court.
