CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RULES FOR RECOGNIZING EVIDENCE AS ADMISSIBLE IN CRIMINAL PROCEEDINGS (THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS)
The article examines the rules for recognizing evidence as admissible in criminal proceedings. The scientific positions and case law of the Cassation Criminal Court within the Supreme Court on the above-mentioned issues are examined. The need for further research into the issue of admissibility of evidence is emphasized in order to detail legislative provisions as clearly and qualitatively as possible and to resolve problems of their enforcement.
