PRINCIPLES OF CONDUCTING BANKRUPTCY PROCEEDINGS AS A SPECIAL FORM OF ECONOMIC PROCESS

 

The article examines the specifics of the principles of bankruptcy proceedings, clarifies the place, role, and essence of the procedural principles of this form of commercial proceedings, which gives grounds to talk about the peculiarities of such a form of proceedings as bankruptcy cases and the improvement of institutions of commercial procedural law.
