ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ СТАТТІ 8 ЄКПЛ: ПРАКТИЧНА ЦІННІСТЬ МЕТОДИЧНИХ ПІДХОДІВ 

 

У статті розкриваються методичні підходи до вироблення суддівських навичок щодо застосування статті 8 Конвенції та практики ЄСПЛ при здійсненні правосуддя, напрацювання яких відбувається у про-цесі опанування навчального курсу, присвяченого конвенційним гарантіям права на повагу до приватного і сімейного життя, за допомогою інноваційних освітніх технік навчання дорослих.

Ключові слова: практика ЄСПЛ, приватне життя, сімейне життя, житло, кореспонденція, втручання, критерії виправданості втручання, суддівські навички, інтерактивні методи навчання.
