ЗАПРОВАДЖЕННЯ ІНСТИТУТУ СУДДІ-СПІКЕРА В УКРАЇНІ

У статті досліджені проблемні питання запровадженого в Україні інституту судді-спікера. Визначені особливі якості, які мають бути йому притаманні. Встановлено, якими додатковими знаннями слід володіти судді-спікеру для налагодження ефективної комунікації з громадянським суспільством.
