ОКРЕМІ ПИТАННЯ ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ КРИТЕРІЇВ І ПОКАЗНИКІВ ДИФЕРЕНЦІАЦІЇ ТА ІНДИВІДУАЛІЗАЦІЇ ВИКОНАННЯ ПОКАРАННЯ ПРИ ЗАПОБІГАННІ ВТЕЧАМ ІЗ ВИПРАВНИХ КОЛОНІЙ
Стаття присвячена дослідженню окремих питань застосування критеріїв і показників диференціації та індивідуалізації виконання покарання при запобіганні втечам із виправних колоній. Обґрунтовується перспективність кримінально-виконавчих заходів запобігання злочинам, що вчиняються засудженими під час відбування покарань, через застосування окремих елементів прогресивної системи виконання покарання.
Ключові слова: диференціація та індивідуалізація виконання покарання, критерії, показники, запобігання, втеча, особа засудженого, виправлення.
