ОКРЕМІ ПИТАННЯ УЧАСТІ АДВОКАТА В ПРОЦЕСІ ДОКАЗУВАННЯ ОБСТАВИН ЗВІЛЬНЕННЯ ВІД КРИМІНАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ
На підставі дослідження чинного законодавства, підзаконних актів та наукових джерел у статті проаналізовані положення щодо доказування захисником основних фактів, які є підставою для звільнення від кримінальної відповідальності у зв’язку з примиренням винного з потерпілим.
Ключові слова: доказування, захисник, примирення, компроміс, звільнення від кримінальної відповідальності, шкода та збитки
