ГААЗЬКА КОНВЕНЦІЯ ПРО ЦИВІЛЬНО-ПРАВОВІ АСПЕКТИ

МІЖНАРОДНОГО ВИКРАДЕННЯ ДІТЕЙ: СУТЬ ТА МЕТОДИКА ВИКОРИСТАННЯ В СУДДІВСЬКІЙ ОСВІТІ

У статті розкриваються суть, мета та ключові питання застосування Гаазької конвенції про цивільно-правові аспекти міжнародного викрадення дітей 1980 року при здійсненні правосуддя, практика Верховного Суду та практика ЄСПЛ. Вивчення цієї тематики у навчальному процесі Національної школи суддів України здійснюється з використанням нової форми навчання – семінарів-практикумів.

Ключові слова: Гаазька конвенція 1980 року, міжнародне викрадення дитини, місце постійного проживання, стаття 8 ЄКПЛ, практика ЄСПЛ, суддівська освіта, методичне забезпечення, семінар-практикум.
