БУЛІНГ: ПРАВОВІ ТА СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ

У статті проаналізовано правові та соціально-психологічні аспекти булінгу для подальшого запобігання та вдосконалення методів протидії цьому явищу. Серед напрямів розв’язання  проблеми є розроблення плану заходів, спрямованих на запобігання та протидію булінгу (цькуванню) в закладах освіти. Важливим є виховання з самого дитинства. Вже у підлітковому віці дитина має знати, що за протиправні дії вона може бути притягнута до кримінальної або адміністративної відповідальності. Булінг – це насильство, тому потрібно обов’язково проводити правопросвітницьку роботу. Не можна ігнорувати цю проблему, адже це може призвести до непоправних наслідків та скалічити життя не однієї людини. Автори зазначають, що викорінити булінг неможливо, але звести випадки до мінімуму можна.
