ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ОХОРОНИ ЗДОРОВ’Я ТА ДОТРИМАННЯ ПРАВ ЛЮДИНИ ОСІБ, ЯКІ ПЕРЕБУВАЮТЬ У МІСЦЯХ ПОЗБАВЛЕННЯ ВОЛІ ПІД ЧАС ПАНДЕМІЇ COVID-19
У статті аналізуються причини, з яких особи, позбавлені волі, перебувають у ситуації підвищеної вразливості щодо інфекційних захворювань, таких як COVID-19. Умови найчастіше надмірно скупченого проживання, з порушенням санітарно-гігієнічних норм і поганою вентиляцією, часте переміщення всередині місць ув’язнення, а також стан стресу у поєднанні з далеким від ідеального харчуванням – все це сприяє підвищенню ймовірності виникнення та поширення інфекційних захворювань.
Сьогодні на міжнародному рівні сформульовано певні рекомендації та заходи, які необхідно впроваджувати у пенітенціарних установах, які повинні допомагати контролювати та керувати ситуацією.
