ОСОБЛИВОСТІ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОЇ СЛУЖБИ УСТАНОВ ВИКОНАННЯ ПОКАРАНЬ У РОБОТІ ІЗ ЗАСУДЖЕНИМИ: ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ШЛЯХИ РОЗВ’ЯЗАННЯ
У статті аналізується адміністративна діяльність установ виконання покарань у роботі із засудженими. Виявлено тенденцію до зменшення чисельності засуджених в Україні, високу смертність в’язнів, участь у ресоціалізації засуджених персоналу УВП, співробітників державних і недержавних організацій. Виділено проблеми адміністративної діяльності: навантаження на персонал, низька культура та ефективність виправлення / ресоціалізації, низький рівень довіри до психологів.
Ключові слова: управлінська діяльність, публічне управління, керівники установ виконання покарань (УВП), адміністративна діяльність персоналу, кримінально-виконавча служба.
