СПРАВИ НЕЗНАЧНОЇ СКЛАДНОСТІ В АДМІНІСТРАТИВНОМУ СУДОЧИНСТВІ: ЗАГАЛЬНА ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ТА ВИДИ

Стаття присвячена аналізу сучасного стану регламентації та практики розгляду й вирішення адміністративних справ незначної складності. Основна увага приділена виокремленню критеріїв, на підставі яких суд відносить справу до справ незначної складності та класифікації різновидів таких справ в адміністративному судочинстві. У статті зроблено висновок, що віднесення справ до справ незначної складності здійснюється у два способи: законодавцем, який визначає перелік таких справ, і за розсудом суду з урахуванням конкретних обставин справи.

Ключові слова: адміністративний суд, адміністративне судочинство, адміністра­тивна справа, справа незначної складності, форми адміністративного судочинства, критерії віднесення справ до справ незначної складності.
