КРИТЕРІЇ РОЗМЕЖУВАННЯ АДМІНІСТРАТИВНОЇ

ТА ДИСЦИПЛІНАРНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ ВІЙСЬКОВОСЛУЖБОВЦІВ ЗБРОЙНИХ СИЛ УКРАЇНИ

У статті здійснено комплексне дослідження специфіки адміністративної та дисциплінарної відповідальності військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України задля виділення основних критеріїв їх розмежування. Констатовано наявність спільних рис цих видів юридичної відповідальності військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України. Сформовано авторський підхід до виділення критеріїв розмежування адміністративної та дисциплінарної відповідальності військовослужбовців Збройних Сил України.

Ключові слова: юридична відповідальність, адміністративна відповідальність, дисциплінарна відповідальність, військовослужбовці, Збройні Сили України, адміністративне правопорушення.
