ФОРМУВАННЯ РАМОК ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ШТУЧНОГО ІНТЕЛЕКТУ В СУДОЧИНСТВІ: ІНОЗЕМНИЙ ДОСВІД ДЛЯ УКРАЇНИ

Стаття присвячена вивченню іноземного досвіду прийняття рекомендаційних актів для визначення рамок використання штучного інтелекту в судочинстві. Автор узагальнює вказівки вищих органів судової влади держав світу – Австралії, Великої Британії, Гонконгу, Канади, Нової Зеландії та Сінгапуру – з огляду на необхідність розробки подібних вказівок для українських працівників суду після появи в Кодексі суддівської етики статті щодо допустимості використання штучного інтелекту. Результати дослідження відображають «правила безпеки», внаслідок дотримання яких новітні технології сприятимуть реалізації принципів здійснення правосуддя.
