GROUNDS FOR EXEMPTION FROM CONTRACTUAL LIABILITY: PRACTICAL ASPECTS

The article analyzes key aspects of exemption from contractual liability in civil law, in particular the grounds, conditions, and practical approaches to their application. Particular attention is paid to the concept of force majeure, mechanisms for its implementation in contractual relations, and the distribution of the burden of proof. The material contributes to a deeper understanding of theoretical provisions and ensures the effective use of legal instruments in practical activities.
