ПІДСТАВИ ЗВІЛЬНЕННЯ ВІД ДОГОВІРНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ: ПРАКТИЧНИЙ АСПЕКТ

У статті аналізуються ключові аспекти звільнення від договірної відповідальності в цивільному праві, зокрема підстави, умови та практичні підходи до їх застосування. Особлива увага приділяється конструкції форс-мажору, механізмам її реалізації в договірних відносинах та розподілу тягаря доказування. Матеріал сприяє поглибленому розумінню теоретичних положень і забезпечує ефективне використання правових інструментів у практичній діяльності.

Ключові слова: зобов’язання, неможливість виконання зобов’язання, припинення зобов’язальних правовідносин, договір, звільнення від договірної відповідальності, форс-мажор, обставини непереборної сили.
