ЗАБОРОНЕНА ПРАКТИКА КОМПАНІЇ CLEARVIEW AI, INC.

ЩОДО РОЗПІЗНАВАННЯ ФОТОЗОБРАЖЕНЬ ОБЛИЧ ОНЛАЙН

Ідентифікація через біометричні дані є важливою в умовах цифрового середовища. Проблема виникає, коли такі дані використовуються для моніторингу та створення профілів без відома та згоди користувачів представниками приватного сектору. Для з’ясування цього питання пропонується оцінка юридичних аспектів, зокрема на прикладі компанії Clearview AI, Inc. Отримані результати є важливими для розуміння практичного застосування відповідної заборони та правових наслідків у контексті GDPR щодо законності обробки біометричних даних без правової підстави.

Ключові слова: персональні дані, унікальна ідентифікація, обробка біометричних даних, Загальний регламент захисту даних (GDPR).
