FORMATION OF THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR THE FUNCTIONING OF CRYPTOCURRENCIES IN UKRAINE

The historical retrospective of the formation of the regulatory and legal framework for the functioning of cryptocurrencies in Ukraine has been analyzed. Legal conflicts that hinder the creation of a comprehensive legal environment capable of ensuring effective regulation of the digital asset market have been identified. The need for the adoption of a specialized legislative act that would ensure comprehensive legal regulation of cryptocurrency circulation, establish principles for regulating the activities of relevant entities, and create conditions for transparency, legal certainty, and protection of the rights of all market participants is substantiated.
