ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРАВОВОГО ПОЛЯ ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ КРИПТОВАЛЮТ В УКРАЇНІ

Проаналізовано в історичній ретроспективі формування нормативно-правового забезпе­чення функціонування криптовалют в Україні. Виявлено правові колізії, які перешкоджають створенню цілісного правового середовища, здатного забезпечити ефективне регулювання ринку цифрових активів. Обґрунтовано потребу в ухваленні спеціалізованого законодавчого акта, який би забезпечив комплексне правове регулювання обігу криптовалют, установити принципи регулювання діяльності відповідних суб’єктів, створити умови для прозорості, правової визначеності та захисту прав усіх учасників ринку.

Ключові слова: віртуальні активи, криптовалюта, фінансове право.
