ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ БЕЗПЕКИ УЧАСНИКІВ КРИМІНАЛЬНОГО ПРОЦЕСУ

У статті досліджено питання забезпечення безпеки учасників кримінального процесу, що є актуальним як у теоретичному, так і у практичному аспектах. Воно спрямоване на визначення шляхів підвищення ефективності захисних заходів, удосконалення правової бази та впровадження сучасних методів управління безпекою. Це має важливе значення для зміцнення верховенства права та належного функціонування судової системи України.

Ключові слова: захист, кримінальний процес, закон.
