The journal «Slovo of the National School of Judges of Ukraine» operates on the basis of full gratuity for both authors and users and adheres to the principles of open science, academic integrity, and equal access to the results of scientific research.

The editorial board does not charge Article Processing Charges (APC), fees for peer review, or for publication, which is consistent with the best practices of the international academic community.

The journal pays particular attention to supporting early-career researchers, the publication ensures full exemption from any form of payment for the preparation and publication of scholarly materials submitted by applicants for the third level of higher education (PhD candidates).
