Privacy Policy

The editorial board acknowledges that all materials submitted to the journal are the private and confidential property of the authors. To avoid causing harm to authors or reviewers through the premature disclosure of any information from the author’s original manuscript, it is prohibited to share any details of submitted articles or review reports with third parties.

All editors and reviewers involved in the editorial process must not disclose information about the content of the author’s original manuscript (in whole or in part),  the status in the review process, reviewers’ comments and suggestions, or interim or final review results to anyone other than the authors and reviewers. The editorial board will reject any requests from third parties regarding the use or transfer of manuscripts submitted for publication in the journal.

The editorial board ensures the confidentiality of reviewers during the double-blind review process.

All staff members involved in the editorial process must refrain from making any comments and must not publicly disclose any details of the editorial process or the peer review process, either during the preparation for publication or after the article has been published.

The editorial office does not retain copies of rejected manuscripts. Reviewers’ comments may not be published or disclosed in any other way without the permission of the reviewer, the author, and the editor-in-chief.

Individuals involved in the editing of the journal undertake to comply with industry standards for data confidentiality, including the provisions of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding “data subject rights.”
